The back says: Orang Utan, or "Man of the Forest" found only in the island of Borneo is an endangered species fully protected in Malaysia.

According to Wikipedia, there are also orangutans in Sumatra, but that's pretty close geographically and the Sumatratran Orangutans are "critically endangered." So, I think that's pretty accurate for postcard science :-)
